Use of the app

You may use the app for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for complying with applicable food safety and business regulations.

Pricing and purchase

The current public price for the full unlock is $89.99 (99.99€) as a one-time in-app purchase sold through the App Store. Billing is handled by Apple under your Apple ID. The free download includes read-only sample mode, and editing plus operational features require the full unlock.

Data and backups

Boulangerie is designed to be local-first. All your bakery data is stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend enabling iCloud backups on your iPad or using Finder to perform local backups if you need disaster recovery.

The app publisher is not liable for data loss resulting from uninstalling the app, device damage, loss, or theft, or failure to maintain backups. Boulangerie provides export/import data exchange tools and local snapshots, but recovery depends on your backup practices.

Data exchange usage

Exported files may include operational records and source identifiers (such as brand, location code, and device code) to support reporting consolidation and catalog alignment across devices. You are responsible for safeguarding these files and for sharing them only with authorized parties.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boulangerie and its creator are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use or inability to use the app, regardless of cause.

Because the app is offered as a one-time purchase priced at $89.99 (99.99€), our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the app.
