Information stored on your iPad

Boulangerie stores all your bakery data locally on your device. This includes production counts, POS transactions, recipes, settings, HACCP logs, incidents, and transaction history. Your data does not leave your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

Data is stored using Apple's secure local storage APIs. You control access through your device security settings.

What Boulangerie does NOT do

Boulangerie does not require you to create an account. The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tracking tools to follow you across apps or websites.

Boulangerie does not collect behavioral data for advertising purposes. We do not sell or share your bakery data with third parties.

Purchases and payments

One-time in-app purchases are handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details, and purchase management is handled through your Apple ID settings.

Data sharing

Boulangerie does not send your bakery records to any server operated by the app publisher. Your production data, sales records, recipes, and HACCP logs remain on your iPad. We do not have access to your data.

If you choose to export data or contact support, that information is handled according to the Support section below.

Export and import files

When you use Data Exchange features, Boulangerie can generate files containing business data and source metadata such as brand name, location code, and device code to support consolidation and reconciliation.

These files are created only when you choose export actions and are shared only through destinations you select. You are responsible for how exported files are stored and transmitted.

Support messages

If you contact support by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message. That information is used only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue you report.

Data control and removal

Because app data is stored locally on your iPad, you have full control. You can delete individual entries or all app data directly within Boulangerie's settings. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Removing the app from your iPad will remove locally stored data, unless you have created a backup. If you have an iPad backup enabled, you can restore your data by reinstalling the app on the same or different iPad.

To permanently delete all your data with no recovery option, delete it within the app and then offload or remove the app from your iPad without a backup.
